The outside of my left foot was bothering me last week. It wasn’t too bad, but I didn’t want it to get worse, so I decided to take the weekend off from running.

Instead, I was up and at the pool both mornings for some lap swimming and pool running.

IMG_20140524_060825_975On Sunday, I signed up for another SUP yoga class.

I may have been being overly cautious, but it worked. I was back to my usual running schedule for the rest of the week without any foot pain.

  1. Better to be overly cautious than to injure yourself or make something worse! Glad it’s feeling better. Swimming at the pool and the SUP yoga sound like a lot of fun πŸ™‚ I would fall in a lot if I tried SUP yoga!
