The outside of my left foot was bothering me last week. It wasn’t too bad, but I didn’t want it to get worse, so I decided to take the weekend off from running.
Instead, I was up and at the pool both mornings for some lap swimming and pool running.
I fell in while attempting triangle pose, but that just added to the fun! I loved it every bit as much as I did last time.
I may have been being overly cautious, but it worked. I was back to my usual running schedule for the rest of the week without any foot pain.
