I’ve been foam rolling my quads and I think it may be helping. Or maybe just thinking it might be helping is helping. Either way, my knees and hamstring felt a little better this morning.
Short runs are better than no runs.
Unless I’m prolonging my recovery.
Sad to not be running Blue Ridge and upset (i.e. really f#$@ing pissed) about my knee.
The weather was gorgeous, but not even Santa could pull me out of my funk.
Looking forward to the day I’m able to run more than three or four miles at a time.
Not sure if it’s age or the result of not training properly for my 100k, but recovery is taking a frustratingly long time.
It was nice to get outside, though.
