Seen on the run (April 20, 2016)

I’ve been foam rolling my quads and I think it may be helping. Or maybe just thinking it might be helping is helping. Either way, my knees and hamstring felt a little better this morning.

    So much green! Glad the knees and hamstring feeling a bit better. What’s that saying… recovery is 98% inspiration and 2% foam rolling, right??
