Seen on the run (May 24, 2016)


A week completely off from running, some icing, lots of tennis ball massage, a steady stream of Aleve and a doctor’s appointment scheduled and then cancelled have all added up to my hamstring feeling much better.

Just four miles and I know that the steady stream of Aleve could be masking the issue, but still I am hopeful!

I need my morning runs in the woods.

    Glad to hear things are looking up! Maybe the trick was to schedule the appointment. Like when your car is making a weird noise and then it stops when you take it into the shop. 🙂
