Miles to go before I sleep (and the miles I covered in 2016)

Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Total miles run in 2016: 1037.8
Average miles per year since 2010: 1134.5
2016 races:
Wazupwidis 5K
Thomas Jefferson 100K
Fat Dog 40 miler
Patrick Henry Half Marathon
Canary in the Cave 25K+
I also got a DNF (Did Not Finish) at  Promiseland 50K and registered and trained for the Richmond Rox Half Iron triathlon, but hurt my back right before the race and had to miss it.
All the triathlon training added 1313.8 miles of cycling and 37.2 miles of swimming to 2016.
2016 wasn’t all bad. I finished my first 100K, left the country for the first time and spent a lot of time running in some really beautiful places.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
