Um. A little over six hours of suffering. I didn’t cry. That’s something.
Were you racing? or was this a 6 hour training run? If the latter, impressive, and what are you training for? 🙂
Not a race but not impressive, either. It was only 1.55 miles further than last week’s run, which I finished in about 4:45. 1700 more feet of elevation gain, though. Stupid AT puds! 😉 My ankle started hurting somewhere between miles 18 and 19 and I walked most of the last 5 miles.
Bummer about the ankle! Hope it feels better!! And yes, oh those AT PUDs – they will get you every time! I’m still impressed 😉
