Best I’ve felt in a while.
My first painted rock.
It doesn’t look like it’s part of #TheKindnessRocksProject, but possibly #CulpeperRocks?
Lakes are good for cooling off after a run, too.
Muggy and buggy in the valley, but nice and breezy on the ridge.
Jumping in blue hole at mile 16 felt really good. Although, I was more than a little disheartened by the amount of trash there. We carried out five water bottles, but there was still a pile of clothes and some beer cans. 😬
I love not needing a headlamp on my morning runs.
Happy Summer Solstice!
